Eligibility for refunds
Refunds are considered for orders placed through equitablefoyer.top that meet one or more of the following conditions:
- Incorrect items were delivered or items were missing from the order.
- Food arrived cold, undercooked, or otherwise not up to our standard of quality as described on the menu.
- The order was delayed beyond the estimated delivery time by more than 60 minutes, unless a separate delivery window was agreed upon by Crust & Flame Pizzeria.
Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, you may be asked to provide order number, delivery address, and photos of the delivered items or packaging showing the issue.
Refund methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order or as store credit at our discretion. In case of cash on delivery or other local payment methods, refunds will be issued as a credit to the account associated with Crust & Flame Pizzeria or as a bank transfer when applicable. Processing time

Exchanges and adjustments
